I have spent the last 10 minutes trying to figure out how to make a list of links to my friends blogs with no success so far. I am going to have to ask someone for help here. Thank you Eileen for the encouragement.I got out my Hometown Christmas kit last night, and spread it out. I got it from Cynthia a long time ago. I also went thru my stash to see if I can make two of them at a time ,one for my daughter-in-law,but not out of original fabrics. I think I can do that,if I can keep the fabrics streight and not get too chaotic. Would it be absolutely crazy to attempt three at once?! A good friend is getting married in Feb., and I will need a substantial present for her. If I made that one it would be from fabrics other than Thimbleberries. Too much confusion? I don't know, I might be able to pull it off.

Woo-hoo, Cathy! You did it! You created a blog! Links--Go to your blog and sign in. Then click on "layout" in the box that says "manage blog." Then click on "add a page element" and you'll get a choice of things to add to the sidebar. Near the top, it says "link list." Click on that one. Now as far as adding specific links, where you have a screen that has a field that says "http," that's where you'll paste in the web address and there's also usually a space to add what you want it to say, like "Kim's Blog." When you're posting an entry and want to link a word or name to someone's blog, click to highlight the term and then go to the top of the box and click on the icon that looks like a green ball with a chain link--that will give you a link screen to add in the "http" address. I hope this makes some sense and works for you.

I have a wedding coming up in a few months too! I'm planning to wimp out though and make a Chexx Mixx out of blue and tan fat quarter collection I have.
